To make a donation by mail, please print and fill out the donation form and mail it to 815 South Freedom Boulevard, Provo, UT 84601. Upon receipt of your donation, we will send a confirmation letter and receipt for your records.
In Person
Donations can be made in person by visiting our Provo office located at 815 South Freedom Boulevard in Provo. Financial donations are accepted between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding all federal holidays.
Food can be donated at any time at this location by using the donation drop found at the east end of our building.
